I always knew there was a problem in the back of my mind. I just didn't know how to articulate it. It starts with culture. They are absolutely right. In the past, we've looked for skillsets and toughness, but I think we should be starting with how people fit in our culture. I also noticed what culture means to them in their own business. They are very proud of what they've accomplished with their own company. It was an eye opener.
